Ode to Molly Girl
This day didn’t start out very good. I ended up waking up at 5:30 thinking it was 6:30. I looked at my watch wrong. When I was trying to look at the computer I couldn’t focus on the words on the page. I thought maybe I was still tired. Turns out I had the wrong glasses on. I had put James’ glasses on instead of my own. It reminds me of the scene with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton in “Somethings Gotta Give”. Well then right after James left, I had the big door open and only had the screen door closed where I could at least look out. The couple next door motioned to me to come outside. I came out side and looked at what they were pointing at and it was Molly, evidently she had been dead for quite a while. She didn’t look like she had been hit by a car so I am not sure what happened. She was pregnant and the only thing that I can guess is that she wanted to have the babies inside and just didn’t make it home in time. It is one of those things we will never know.
