A much better day!

Well today turned out to be a much better day than yesterday. I don't care to repeat a day like i had yesterday as a substitute teacher. I am off for the next week because of Spring Break. We had today off because of Good Friday. I went and had brunch with my honey and filled my car up. Then I went and got some clothes from someone on my Freecycle list. This is a great list to be on because not only can you give away stuff that you no longer need. You can also get stuff that you need. Justin is forever needing clothes and today I went and got a big bag full from someone on the list at her work. You can check out the elist at: www.yahoogroups.com and search for CharlestonFreecycle. Then from there I went to Summerville to see my friend Evelyn pronounced Eve-Lyn. She lives in a gorgeous house in the older side of Summerville. She has a wonderful front porch. Right now they are redoing the bathrooms so she actually has a toilet and 2 old tubs(that got refinished) on the porch. It looked funny when you go on the porch and see it. What a contrast. lol It would be no big deal to see it around here cause you would think Red Necksville. Anyway, I stayed there for quite a while and watched a scrapbook segment on a craft show. Evelyn has a bunch of cookbooks that she is giving away and so I was able to go through them and find ones I wanted. As James says "I hit the Motherload" lol
There were also some health /diet books that i got too.
I made it home by 5ish. I had to go and get James' clothes at the cleaners.
I have been having fun looking at my new cookbooks. Hopefully I can find something new that my family will eat.

Well here I sit at the computer and its nearly 3:30 in the morning now. I started getting sick yesterday at school. I was sneezing like crazy most of the day. When I got home I started taking meds. I took everything from Claritin (thinking it might be my allergies) to Theraflu and so far no real relief. Then about 11:45pm I took something that had an antihestomine (not sure what it was since it was out of the box) I figure good something that would dry me up. Well it actually did dry me up however I have been a wake most of the night. UGHHH!! I was suppose to work today but when i woke up at 11:45 pm and good not hardly talk or do much else i called in to the lady that assigns the subs and told her i could not work. Yesterday, Justin was sick with a low fever and coughing. I am hoping to be able to send him to school today. He has missed 8 days of school so far this year and can not miss anymore than 10 before they decide to retain him. I would rather he not have to stay in 3rd grade a

                                                                 My Scar     “OUCH”, I said to David. He and I were goofing off during band practice one day. He twisted my right wrist.   I didn’t think much of it at the time. It hurt a little but I soon forgot all about it. Then   about a week later I started having pains in my right wrist.   I was having a hard time being able to bend it. I noticed a large bump formed under the skin on the top of my wrist. I didn’t tell my parents. I figured they wouldn’t believe me and would think it was just growing pains.   It wasn’t until I was in my first semester of college that I noticed that the bump on my wrist was getting bigger.
